LCKM- Laminated Glass Cutting Table
The Laminated Glass Cutting Line is a semi-automated machine that is designed to facilitate the process of cutting laminated glass sheets. The cutting table of this machine can be equipped with a Low-E edge deletion system, which allows for the easy removal of soft-coated glass (Low-E) from glass sheets, while ensuring maximum quality. This system is particularly effective in maintaining the structural integrity of the glass sheets during the cutting process. By integrating this system into the cutting table, the machine is able to provide a high level of precision and accuracy, which is essential in producing laminated glass sheets in a business or academic setting.

How it works
The glass sheet is loaded onto a tiltable loading table. Once loaded, the operator manually moves the sheet to the cutting bridge using an air cushion system. The sheet is then positioned and aligned with the cutting table by entering its dimensions. The machine automatically positions the sheet for cutting based on the given dimensions. The cutting process is initiated by the operator’s command. There are stop rollers built into the table top of the downstream air cushion or breaking table. Two cutting heads simultaneously place the cut on both the upper and lower surfaces of a laminated glass sheet. After cutting, heating resistances heat the PVB material. Upon sufficient heating, the upper and lower cutting lines are broken open with a separate breaking roller system.
